Creative Foam - Completed Project

Creative Foam in Mooresville, Indiana, contracted Biologics Modular to design a standalone cleanroom to enclose their medical device packaging line. The cleanroom was constructed using PortaFab’s modular wall system panels that come pre-constructed to the specifications of our design. The customer requested a custom enhancement to their space. This consisted of an airlocked material transfer room that incorporated high speed, automated, roll up doors. This allows the operating room to be free of outside contaminants while allowing the efficient ingress/egress of materials in a clean manner. The structure has a fully functional HVAC system, HEPA Filter pass throughs, cleanroom grade LED lights and a compliant garage door that provides additional clearance for large processing equipment.
